I had been following Aurora’s on Instagram for a long time and had always loved the looks Sonal created. As soon as I started planning my wedding, I decided to make an appointment - even before I had got my outfits. Sonal was lovely - so helpful and professional. She really gets to know what type of things you like before she begins to make suggestions. My mum, sister and I got our jewellery for our brother’s wedding from there and when I had chosen my outfits, I discussed options for my own wedding. I had 3 main events - 2 religious weddings and a reception. Sonal ensured I had different looks for each and even designed my reception jewellery, which was gorgeous!! I shopped around a lot for my jewellery and wanted high quality pieces to perfectly compliment my morning and reception outfits. I found my bridal set for my morning look during a store visit. Sonal was extremely helpful and accommodating, as she told me I could customise parts of it. She then designed my reception jewellery which I was completely blown away by when it arrived! I recently got married in summer 2023 and I have been working very closely with Sonal in the design and building of my custom jewellery. I contacted Sonal early winter to enquire about bridal jewellery for my religious Sikh wedding. From the initial call Sonal was professional, honest and transparent on how the process works. I also had the pleasure of meeting her face to face where we were able to generate ideas and sizing of custom jewellery. I went with a gold (22k) tikka and nath- both excellent quality and looked absolutely amazing on the day. Sonal was very patient with me (I had a busy schedule with work and wedding planning) and sometimes took longer to make decisions but she was always understanding and communicated with me promptly via WhatsApp. That is what you call customer service! I got the jewellery on time and even the pricing of custom items was very transparent and designs were adjusted due to my budget etc. the team that made the pieces were great. I was sent CAD designs, sketches and images of the jewellery whilst it was in the workshop to give me updates. Any bride or even a general custom enquiry should definitely have a consultation with Sonal. You can make some unique designs to your taste and many gold shops don’t cater that. She’s a great contact to have and wanted to say a big thank you for your efforts and always being so helpful. I wish you all the best with your future endeavours and business!

Sonal is excellent at what she does, and is encouraging and supportive when helping to choose between options, whilst being honest about what goes with your personality and outfits. Sonal was amazing from start to finish with all of my wedding jewellery. I react really badly to certain jewellery so it was really important I found someone I could trust. Sonal put together some amazing pieces for both my ceremony and reception, and I loved being able to see the drawings come to life. The jewellery was STUNNING, it completed my looks, on top of that Sonal was absolutely ace at communicating with me through every step. Couldn’t recommend her more!

There are no words to describe how amazing Sonal was. The last thing you want is to enter a boutique and like something and be awkward with asking prices or getting back to say its not in the budget, she was so understanding and worked with my prices and never once I felt pressured to buy anything and could be honest with my requirements. She was so excited about the pieces as I was and was updating throughout the making of the jewellery as well. The pieces itself are of amazing quality, something I would expect from a high end Indian store. I cannot wait to wear mine!!!
